The fight Journal

Every morning starts the same way: I open my eyes, take a deep breath, and remind myself that I’m still here. That alone is a victory most people don’t even think about.
ALS doesn’t ask permission before it changes everything — your body, your plans, your pace. But it doesn’t get to take your purpose. Kiss My ALS was born from that fire. From the fight to stay seen, strong, and unapologetically alive even when life tries to quiet you.
This blog — The Fight Journal — is where I tell the truth behind the blue lips and graffiti hearts. The raw moments, the funny ones, the hard ones, and the ones that make me remember why I started all this in the first place.
I want people to see that the fight isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s holding your head high when your body feels heavy. Sometimes it’s creating something beautiful when everything else feels unfair. And sometimes, it’s just choosing to show up again tomorrow.
So welcome to the journey. The real one.
For the fighters, the families, the ones still here — and the ones we’ll never forget.
💙 Still here. Still fighting.
